It's Not Always Brooke

There's this notion that Ridge always chooses Brooke but that's patently false. I don't even have to go back to the 90s to disprove that. Back in 2015, Brooke threw herself at Ridge but he told her to go pound sand because he wanted to be with Caroline, whom he eventually married. At no point did he leave Caroline for Brooke. Their marriage was unfortunately over before Ridge fell back into his old pattern. Point is, he can and has chosen women over Brooke.

But where does he always wind up? Back with Brooke. Everyone else is angst. Just like with Hope and Liam.

That makes Brooke and Hope doormats

What about the women Ridge and Liam run to and use? Are they doormats too?

If Brooke and Hope are, they have to be. Taylor has been practically begging Ridge to sleep with her and stay with her, yet all the while knowing he loves his wife. She and Steffy are always satisfied with Brooke and Hope's crumbs. I'd say that makes them ultimate doormats.
