It didn't seem like Caroline was angst. The one time Ridge was asked to choose, he chose Caroline without so much as a second thought.

That relationship lasted, what, a few months? And before you knew it Ridge was back with Brooke. Couples are always going to break up, sometimes getting paired with other people, but the end game couples always wind up back together.
