It's Not Always Brooke

There's this notion that Ridge always chooses Brooke but that's patently false. I don't even have to go back to the 90s to disprove that. Back in 2015, Brooke threw herself at Ridge but he told her to go pound sand because he wanted to be with Caroline, whom he eventually married. At no point did he leave Caroline for Brooke. Their marriage was unfortunately over before Ridge fell back into his old pattern. Point is, he can and has chosen women over Brooke.

But where does he always wind up? Back with Brooke. Everyone else is angst. Just like with Hope and Liam.

That makes Brooke and Hope doormats

Too funny. So what does that make Taylor and Steffy? I'd say that Taylor and Steffy are the desperate doormats because they're willing to do whatever they can to get the man who is in love with another woman and don't care that they're second choice.

Yeah, and I would say the 2nd choice women are definitely doormats.

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.
