Why did Thomas tell Douglas about the proposal?

Actually Douglas sounded as if someone already talked to him before..."Why are WE not good enough for you, Mommy?" - "Don´t you love US enough, Mommy?"..."My real mother is Caroline Spencer"...(I got it from a recap, can only watch later)....someone prepared him for this talk.

Exactly. As much as I think he did the mature thing with Hope yesterday, this was handled poorly and may not have been intentional. That child shouldn't have known about the proposal.

Hope has been wearing that ring around her neck like a cowbell. How can the child NOT know about it and not draw his own conclusions?

Thomas probably told Douglas he was designing a dress and preparing. Yeah, he probably did. Douglas has been included in plenty of proposals and even helped Liam throw a surprise wedding. It's not surprising that Douglas knew about this.

And it's also logical that Thomas, who has decided to take parental control, talked to his son and told him that they are leaving the country and why. I don't think it's logical to take the boy on the jet to move to another country without telling him why.

Douglas has been involved in so many adult decisions in the past. Now, he shouldn't be told. that's inteteresting.
