Not even remotely.

If I saw her kissing, making out, having sex with Thomas, yes.

But I am seeing someone struggling with confusing thoughts, feelings and visions on screen.

In her view, she has it under control and has consistently said that to various characters.

Steffy was on point when she told Liam she thinks Hope is in denial about her feelings, but IMHO that is not gaslighting Liam
