If Taylor was "the woman for him and always has been" why would it be so difficult for Steffy and Tom to force them together?
Steffy has been whining about daddy has to be with mommy for more than 10 months now, whenever she and Ridge were in the same room she acted like a broken record "Mommy is the woman for you, wah wah wah..." while Tom, like a good little parrot, repeated it.
If you have to fight so hard, lie, rant, break into security systems, connive, scheme and plot to make your father finally "choose mommy" mommy certainly cannot be destiny for daddy.
