Why I think Liam doesn't care about Steffy's past cheating

I really do not believe that as shown the character is sitting there, saying I can’t wait to destroy Steffy‘s marriage. I think that Liam realizes that Hope was fantasizing about Thomas when she was with him, and I think that has undermined his confidence. I don’t think it’s just a kiss. I think the show presented this as gaslighting. I know a lot of people don’t believe that. Some say that Hope was confused, but I think the show intentionally had it to come across that way.

He’s chasing a married steffy….daily he tells her I want you….I don’t think he gives a hoot about marriage ..he should be single

So what? The creeper Tom stalked married Hope for years. Now he is applauded by some for being evil. Sounds like a double standard IMO..
