For some reason Hope is the only Logan he doesn’t hate, as shown in that weird fantasy he had that every member of the family was dead but her, and I assume he was fantasizing Beth as part of the dead since she was nowhere in his “Thope family” fantasy…..

Well he helped take care of Douglas and Beth while Lope were at the hospital after Steffy got shot and Beth is still alive and well so I think those thoughts have passed and been forgotten.
