GracieGirl, remember the Logans took over the show for quite some time. I really think Brad Bell is trying to balance the scales again.

Soaps are often cyclical. I feel like the Logans were on top from 2003 till 2021 for nearly 2 decades, after Sheila shot Taylor.

The first 15 years from 1987 till 2002 saw the Forresters and Tridge/Taylor on top for the most part, by contrast.

I think Bell is now going back to THAT era.
