Thank you. I totally missed the phone in her hand. That's very close to beyond a reasonable doubt at this point. There would have to be hard evidence to exonerate Brooke at this point.

I think if they're making it too obvious that it's someone, then most likely it's not that person. I stand by my earlier theory that it will probably be someone completely unexpected, just for the shock value of it. Maybe someone saw the ratings and is panicking

Who do you think it could be other than the usual suspects? I suppose it could be Pam, and we find out through a flashback that she saw Tom do something that bothered her. It could be Donna for some reason. Or, maybe Tom has a Dissociative Identity Disorder that even he is not aware of, and the other persona only appears when Brooke is around. They have found that many times it is caused by trauma that happens before a person is 6 years old. Tom was around 5 when Taylor died. Who knows, maybe he has DID.

It would be interesting if he did have DID.

Yes it would, which is why he won't, these writers are clueless. It would be interesting and if done right, James would be brought in to hypnotize him and take him back to when the trauma occurred. They could do flashbacks of the show to explain the history to those that do not know it. Taylor was killed when he was about 5 or 6. It would not be that difficult to do. They could show the scene of Taylor being shot by Sheila, not her speaking, but of her getting shot, KA looks enough like HTYlo. They could show the funeral scenes, minus Ridge. Stephanie, Eric, Brooke, then Ridge from behind. They could do several scenes with clever editing. It would be a good SL, and it would be a good way to redeem Tom completely. But, they will not do it. They could delve into his head injuries too. Also, the angst he felt when Hope and RJ left their home after Taylor came back. I just saw the scene the other day, Tom was very torn up about Hope leaving their home. This would feed in to his obsession about her now. His guilt over all of it. And, It is myth that Ridge turned his back on Taylor and the kids, Ridge never was with Brooke after the children were born, until after Taylor died. He did not desert them for Brooke. They lived with him and never with anyone else. He was a good father. But, the first person that really did betray him was Taylor. He married Gabby to keep her in America. They also loved each other. Ridge wanted it annulled and Gabby gone, but Taylor said it was OK, as long as they never slept together. Well, they were in love, they were 18, they were married, so of course they slept together. It was the first time for both. Phoebe ratted them out, and Taylor called INS on Gabby. That was the first person that betrayed him.
