Brooke made the threat. She iterated a version of the threat at the end of her show. She had her phone with her. All we have on Thomas is a motive but no evidence he did anything or even an implication.

I don't think it was a threat. She said if she thought Douglas was in danger she would call, but Ridge seemed to convince her that cutting an apple with a knife wasn't a potential harm to Douglas. And if Ridge didn't. Hope and Liam did.

Thomas threatened Brooke with ending her marriage. He told her it was going to happen, and to count on it. The voice app is on Thomas' phone. Thomas didn't go straight home because Ridge left after he did, yet arrived at Eric's was before Thomas.

Both Brooke and Thomas look equally guilty, and I think that's the way BB wants it to be.
