Thank you. I totally missed the phone in her hand. That's very close to beyond a reasonable doubt at this point. There would have to be hard evidence to exonerate Brooke at this point.

No, it's not a sure thing that it's Brooke....since Thomas knows about the app and he put it there for Douglas to play. So it could be him also..he hates Brooke with a passion and he wants to rid of her just like his sister. I doubt he's too worried that he would actually lose Douglas. This is the same sick guy that faked his own death just to teach Hope a lesson.

The problem with the whole phone app thing is, if Ridge asks Charlie for help, Charlie would have no access to the CPS tip line. He would have to have a voice recording and they would not give it to him. This is why I think it is Brooke, in the building, on her phone, caught by CCTV with audio.
