What’s going to be the big letdown for Steffy and Thomas

All this Forrester huffing and puffing can’t go on. Something is going to happen. I suspect a few possibilities. Taylor’s halo will crack in an unsuspecting way. Steffy over-focus on her parents reunion leaves Hayes vulnerable. Thomas and the family will learn that Hope is not just a nurse maid to Douglas and that he loves his family with Hope, Liam, and Beth. They can’t be so dismissive of them. What’s your guess?

At first, I thought that all of the scenes about them being Forresters meant that there might be something about Massimo coming. Especially after Sheila mentioned having a money source but now I am
not so sure.

KB is not in Aspen and neither is Tanner so they are not involved in that story.

I do think Steffy’s over-involvement in her parent’s relationship may leave Finn and Hayes vulnerable to Sheila. But not in the way many think. I don’t think she is going to kidnap Hayes. The writing is too heavy-handed. It's a tease. I believe she will worm her way into their lives as Lina.

I would also love to see Taylor shooting Bill come out.

I think Thomas thinks of Hope as Douglas’s mother and he is the only one who matters.
But Thomas has a right to pursue a real joint custody agreement where Douglas lives with both of them. They are not currently sharing custody Hope has been making all of the decisions and running the show.

How do we know KB is not there? Casey said the only cast he was allowed to say where there were KKL, TK, JMW and KA. Because if Sheila is not there that means this remote is probably one of two things, Ridge chooses Taylor, Brooke chases after them, Steffy chases after Brooke. Or, Ridge chooses Brooke, Taylor and Steffy chase after them. I cannot honestly see either Brooke or Taylor doing that, I can see Steffy doing it. So, what would be the point? I would say it is business, but Taylor is not in the business and she has no style sense at all. So why would she be there? To babysit Steffy's kids? I just cannot see TPTB demeaning either Brooke or Taylor with chasing after the other couple. JMO Even with the Shauna thing, Brooke sent the pilot, she did not go herself. LOL

Your right. We don't know for sure that KB is not there. I guess it could be a big secret, but she is doing a charity fan event for the show with SK in Atlanta at the end of the week. It seems unlikely they would have her in Aspen the same week as another show obligation.

We do know that Tanner is not there. He was in Vancouver for his anniversary. If this were a story about Hayes and Sheila, Finn would be a part of it.

So if not about Hayes and Finn, why would Sheila be in Aspen?
She has expressed no interest in Taylor, Brooke, or anyone other than Finn and Hayes. Suddenly she is jetting off to Aspen.

Someone posted this afternoon that maybe Ridge has a near-death experience. He could be there with Brooke, but some tragedy strikes, and Steffy and Taylor head to Aspen. OR it could just be Brooke or Taylor and Steffy chasing Ridge down. Taylor is undoubtedly more of a threat than Shauna ever was. They have no problem making both women look stupid for this awful man.
