What’s going to be the big letdown for Steffy and Thomas

All this Forrester huffing and puffing can’t go on. Something is going to happen. I suspect a few possibilities. Taylor’s halo will crack in an unsuspecting way. Steffy over focus on her parents reunion leaves Hayes vulnerable. Thomas and the family will learn that Hope is not just a nurse maid to Douglas and that he really really loves his family with Hope, Liam and Beth. They can’t be so dismissive of them. What’s your guess?

I don't think anything earth-shattering is going to happen, other than the usual predictable stuff. Ridge chooses Taylor because of some manipulations (likely Steffy's this time), the truth comes out, he is torn for a while and he eventually chooses Brooke again.

Even if I hope not, it looks more and more predictable Sheila is going to kidnap Hayes. Steffy's focus will shift to Sheila and Hayes again. But no major change will come out of this stroyline. Hayes will be fine in the end because Bell would never kill off a 1 year old baby. Nor let him stay with Sheila for more than a few weeks.

The future looks more unpredictable for Thomas. His character is all over he place right now. It's hard to tell if he is going to be a villain or a hero in this story. Maybe this time he benefits from someone else's manipulations and something happens with Hope. Or this Hope tease is just a red herring and he will finally have his own love interest. Very hard to tell which way it will go.
