How is that an excuse? He wasn't in a good place mentally because he wasn't getting what he wanted... Hope. There was no medical issue with him at the time. He was obsessed with a woman he couldn't have, he was downright evil. The blood issue came up 1 year after he signed those papers. And where was Taylor, anyway? Hiding like a coward because she wouldn't take responsibility for shooting Bill. Her opinion is totally irrelevant.

A mentally disturbed person is not considered evil and he was obsessed because he was mentally disturbed. I think that a mental illness is a legitimate reason to revisit legal issues. You have to be in your right mind to sign away your rights.

Since this was supposed to happen when Douglas was about 5 and he is about 8 or 9 now, I'm sure the courts are going to ask why the Forrester's waited so long to bring this up. As next of kin, Ridge and Taylor will have to answer why they let it happen and what kind of mental health Thomas was receiving. They can't use Taylor professionally counseling Thomas because it is against the code of ethics for her to professionally treat family members. If there is a mental evaluation, Thomas may end up in a mental facility.

Taylor has no code of ethics.

Taylor's horrible and sounding more bitter and battleaxy like Stephanie every day. I guess Ridge wants a woman like his mother.
