Thomas wasn't in a good place mentally when he signed those papers. Hope and Brooke knew that and took advantage. That in itself brings into question the validity of the entire document/agreement.

And he's in a good place mentally now? No. Taylor is actually keeping his secret right now from Brooke and Hope..they have no idea that Thomas harboring Sheila's crime of spiking Brooke's drink..a secret. Thomas knew pyscho Sheila is still dangerous, yet he said nothing. Just like he kept Beth is alive a secret from Hope/Lope. Not to mention, he was just shown looking at his screensaver of Hope/Douglas/him....Liam is right about Thomas and his obsession of Hope is coming back.

I guess Liam and Bill were not in their right mind when they kept the secret that Liam hit and killed Vinnie.

They were wrong for their hit and run, but they did NOT purposely kill Vinnie who threw himself in front of a car..it's a suicide. Thomas on the other hand, purposely hid the truth about Beth is alive from Hope..he purposely hid the truth about Sheila's crime from Brooke. He hasn't changed and his parents are delusional claiming he's all better now while they are keeping his secret right now.

Not only did he keep Beth's secret but he also threatened anyone that would tell including his son.
