Thomas wasn't in a good place mentally when he signed those papers. Hope and Brooke knew that and took advantage. That in itself brings into question the validity of the entire document/agreement.

If Thomas was not in a good place mentally, as next of kin, why did Taylor and Ridge not get him the mental help that he needed? Taylor's little phone and video conversations do not count because Taylor is not supposed to be professionally treating family members. It is against the code of ethics and Taylor could lose her license. Thomas needed professional help. The way Thomas and Steffy have turned out, I would question Ridge and Taylor's parenting skills to start with. Ridge and Taylor are the last to notice when their little monster goes off of the deep end.
