No it doesn't. No one held a gun to his head to make him sign it. He did it willingly to try to get into Hope's pants.

No one held a gun to his head but if someone is mentally unstable then documents signed can be challenged. That's why wills always require a person to be of sound mind.

Yes. And testamentary capacity requires that a person knows what he has and how he wants to distribute it. That's it.
