Hope said a lot of words but didn't really say much at all somehow. I don't think think there was a concrete reason actually stated. She talked about the whole "walking on the wild side" theory that's largely been implanted in her head. The only two things that she did say that were crystal clear is that she's sure about her feelings for Thomas and that she loves (present tense) Thomas.

Just NOT love the devil enough to want to marry him..and still NO pining for him at all. And the whole walking on the wild side thing was actually "implanted" in her head through her own creepy fantasies in the first place..she woke up one day and suddenly there it was..

Of course she loves Tom. How awful for Doug if she did not, how strange for her if she was just riding him every night without any love for him. She has yet to say to anyone or herself that she is in love with Tom, and I don't think Hope is suppose to be in love with Tom. Looking at her today, I think she is still in love with Liam, but has no idea how to move forward or if they even should right now.

Notice she looks more like Hope Logan Spencer today, and less like the Horny Hope Logan Tom was getting for months. I thnk in the dialog today we found out that BOTH Liam and Hope were neglecting their children in their quest to not be alone without some man or some woman to help them not to have to face themselves. It is like Lope woke up and realized how selfish they have been to their children and to each other, and to others.
