Hope said a lot of words but didn't really say much at all somehow. I don't think think there was a concrete reason actually stated. She talked about the whole "walking on the wild side" theory that's largely been implanted in her head. The only two things that she did say that were crystal clear is that she's sure about her feelings for Thomas and that she loves (present tense) Thomas.

And she was checking Liam’s pulse on Steffy when she asked if the things he mentioned were his only priorities. Not sure who else will be in it yet but I am pretty sure there is a triangle involving Hope in our future
