So they can be busted by the other characters probably.
If they did it in Tom's bedroom the show would have to explain why Brooke or Steffy walk in there?

And it would be fine if they had other scenes as well. But why is that their whole storyline? Even if it is just casual it has been months why is the entire focus of their story people catching them at work? How many times has Brooke walked in on them?

Because shallow LUST is all Thope got! JMO. Like I've been saying for many weeks now they don't have an acutal story of substance..it's been far too many months now and it's still the same old, boring, repetitive crap. In fact, the entire 30 something group is still the very stale repeated garbage..I mean how MANY more times are they gonna keep doing this dull Steffy fighting big bad Sheila stuff?

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.
