Exactly, what Taylor did was premediated and self-centered. Like the true narcissist that she is, she only was concerned about her needs and wants.. We saw her telling herself she shouldn't get behind the and drive, but she could care less about the others on the road. In my opinion Taylor committed 1st degree murder in Darla's death and contributed greatly into Aly's death.

The jury disagreed and Ally a death was not her fault
Maya and Rick s abuse of her was more a reason for her folly

What jury? Was there a trial after Aly's death? I can't remember anything like this. The only thing I remember is Lt Baker paying Steffy a visit at her office and asking her what happened. Steffy just lied to his face and Baker assumed it was the truth and closed the investigation. Just like for Emma's death. Sanchez questionned Thomas, he lied and got away with it.
