Exactly...Brooke´s alcoholism is practically celebrated by the show as if she were the only one who ever had it...as we all know Taylor is not only an alcoholic too, she was a heavy drinker for many years. Still she is now downing gin-and-tonics as if they were orange juice...
Katie is an alcoholic too, Bill is and Steffy had an addiction to opioids...but it seems they all are "healed" now and only Brooke´s alcoholism is still an issue...

Then a short relapse when Brooke harassed her during her relationship with Nick after she declared a « anyone but Taylor » war she won BTW
