Exactly, what Taylor did was premediated and self-centered. Like the true narcissist that she is, she only was concerned about her needs and wants.. We saw her telling herself she shouldn't get behind the and drive, but she could care less about the others on the road. In my opinion Taylor committed 1st degree murder in Darla's death and contributed greatly into Aly's death.

Hello,, anyone who gets behind the wheel of a car and drives drunk and kills someone is guilty of murder, just like if someone shoots, stabs, or bashes someone with a blunt object and leads to their victims death. This woman is supposedly a highly educated woman who knew exactly what she was doing. SHE even has dialogue with herself telling her not to drive that night because she was drunk. Taylor knew that Darla was close by and that Darla was helping Phoebe, but Taylor selfishly had to get behind the wheel drunk.... The only real reason why Taylor got off is because the trio of Hector, Taylor, and Phoebe lied and covered up her crime and Dt Hot Dog could not put her behind the wheel of the car like he suspected. He knew she was in the car and that she was drunk. The other reason is because of Thornes victim statement and because she plays the victim very well.. Legally Taylor got away with murder, but morally she still committed murder. Just like Steffy got away with covering up bashing the head of an unarmed Aly...

As for Aly, Taylor drove that girl insane because she killed her mother and was shagging her father. She could not handle Taylor replacing her mother... If Taylor had not killed her mother, then Aly would have been able to handle Taylor with her father... Even in her last rage with Steffy, she revealed to Steffy that the root of her issues was because of Taylor and Steffy. No matter what, the facts cant be changed to excuse Taylor's crimes and death that follows Taylor... Just like with Aly, Taylor is also responsible for her own daughters death...

I am entitled to my opinion in this matter.
