I immediately thought he was talking about Steffy and Taylor. I think Steam is dead, dead, dead. So now they can have Liam and Steffy at odds, and Liam not being taken in by her BS. It is a good thing. Maybe he will decide that Kelly is better off with him and Hope and her little sister Beth. Instead over in crazytown with harping Steffy and her loon of a mother. Liam does know that Taylor shot his dad, Kelly and Beth's grandfather and it was not done with any logic or anything other than her being unable to believe that her daughter crawled on top of her FIL and went to town. Steffy and Liam were married and he is Kelly's father, so I am sure they have the same custody agreement as Hope and Tom. And if Tom can get Douglas, than Liam can have Kelly. Seems fair to me.

Yup. There's no one else on the show he could have been referring to.
