I thought it was Ridge. Liam doesn't talk about Steffy like that and doubt he was talking about Taylor, that wouldn't make sense. Steffy and Taylor haven't mentioned Deacon for months now really.

It wasn't Ridge. It was Steffy and Taylor. If it had been Ridge, he would have said it. It was Steffy and Taylor he was referring to. He knows that they think Hope is less than zero because of Deacon.
