Two Marriages on Life Support

Both Ridge and Brooke's marriage as well as Eric and Quinn's are hanging on by a legal document thread. Ridge and Quinn have obvious feelings for other people. In both instances they would clearly rather be with Taylor and Carter respectively but they're staying with Brooke and Eric out of obligation, simply because their married. In Ridge's case he wants to make his marriage work; in Quinn's case she believes Eric is faithful and wants to be loyal to him. Neither of them are fully invested in their marriages. Ultimately both of these marriages are doomed. I'm all for honoring your vows but if the marriage isn't working anymore staying in it just stay in it ain't worth it. Ironically the only person who's gonna wind up hurt is Brooke because Eric seems to into his simple ass sidepiece.

Ridge would clearly rather be with Taylor? On what show? Not on Bold, that’s for sure. If that was the case he would not have moved out of Steffys place. He hasn’t sought out Taylor even once. Not once. She’s the one who keeps following him like a puppy dog, to FC, to Erics place and wherever else he is. She has all but begged him to tell her he loves her but he has yet to do so. I thought Steffy was desperate when she was chasing after Liam, but Taylor now has her beat, hands down.

If Ridge clearly wanted to be with Taylor then Brooke would have walked in on the two of them in bed, not on the couch eating fortune cookies.

Doormat Taylor was probably secretly hoping that his fortune cookie said "take me to bed.."

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.
