Where on earth did this notion of Paris being pregnant pop up? Paris does not under any circumstances need to be pregnant and there's zero indication she will be. Paris has never worked as a character. Giving her a baby to anchor her to the show ain't gonna help that. Carter has more chemistry with Quinn anyway. Don't saddle the guy with that cup of nothing.

It's fans speculating. That's why I said "if" she turns up pregnant.

It's as good a story as any and is used often on soaps. And it doesn't need to be an anchor baby. She may not carry the baby to term. Or she could even fake a pregnancy in order to keep Carter.

I highly doubt Quinn and Carter will have a straight line to happiness with no angst.
