Why Thope is worse than Breacon to me

My only point is that I feel worse about Thope than Breacon. I feel worse because the show is treating this emotional affair as if it’s a tragedy and not a soap. The show is going overboard with poor Hope is distraught. Then, we see her lie. She’s no longer a damsel in distress. Hope is throwing people under the bus for Thomas.
