No, it was never shown on screen that he asked Brooke about making that call. She still doesn't know the reason he left her is because he believes that she made that call. She kept asking him what did she do wrong? Why did he leave her for Taylor. He refuse to say the real reason. She has no clue.

He did ask her if she made the call, before he heard the fake call, and she told him no. Because she did not make it. He believed her too. She then wondered what Tom did to make someone else make the call, and Ridge kind of got irritated with her over that remark. But again, she knew she did not make it, and was honestly wondering who did. Again, Brooke was not guilty of anything. And you are right, he has yet to let Brooke know that is the reason he left her and went running to Medicare Midge, plan B. I guess Ridge feels he owes Walter his loyalty more than his wife, or his fall back woman.
