The Phoebe situation was more complex than what Brooke did to Bridget. If I'm not mistaken Rick and Phoebe weren't actually in a relationship so that's not technically a betrayal. As far as Thomas goes I don't think he's ever expressed any sense of betrayal by his mother.

Of course he did, more than once. The below dialogue was straight afterwards but he brought it up a lot over the next few years.

Taylor: I want to make sure you're okay about the stock, about me giving it to your sister.

Thomas: (Chuckles) You don't want to ask me that. No, Mom, I-I'm not okay.

Taylor: (Sighs) Thomas, you don't think I'm playing favorites, do you?

Thomas: Yeah, you were. You gave her all your stock.

Taylor: Well, she's the one who gave it to me in the first place.

Thomas: No she – no she didn’t, she arranged for you to buy it for millions of dollars.

Thomas: (Scoffs) Do you see what you've done here, Mom? You've created a monster. You give Steffy all your stock, and now she thinks she's a dictator.

Thank you, I was going to look for it when I had some down time. He has brought it up several times over the years. In fact, over 3 actors playing him. LOL
