According to Steffy, Brooke doesn't love Ridge (Never did)

Brooke doesn't have feelings for Deacon. She told him he meant nothing to her other than he is Hope's father. So no, she would not have kissed Deacon if Sheila had not switched the labels. Even Ridge acknowledged it. That only happened because she was drunk and she didn't make the decision to drink, Sheila made it for her.

Steffy kissed Wyatt and slept with Wyatt while she was still officially engaged and actively fighting for Liam. According to Steffy herself, she and Liam were still together until she sent him a voicemail and "Liam" told her to never contact him again. So by her definition, she cheated on Liam with Wyatt.
Steffy slept with Bill. This wasn't just a random drunken kiss. She spent the night with him and had sex with him. She admitted later she had feelings for Bill and kept having secret meetings with Bill while with Liam. She renewed her vows with Liam and still kept the truth from him. If he had not found the paternity test, she would still be lying to him today.

Brooke never bedded Eric when she was in a committed relationship with Ridge. Ridge had already dumped her for Caroline when Brooke and Eric's story started.
And she wasn't legally married when she slept with Nick. Ridge was dead. It isn't like Ridge kissed Taylor under a pile or rubbles and Brooke walked out on him and jumped in bed with Nick... Ridge was DEAD, for god's sake. Dead. Finished. Burnt to to ashes. Dissolved.

Grant? There was one friendly kiss at worst. It wasn't even a mutual, passionate kiss. Brooke never had feelings for Grant. She made that clear when they got married and Grant knew it and agreed. Ridge misinterpreted what happened just like Liam when he saw Thomas and the mannequin. How can one seriously compare Brooke's one friendly with kiss with Grant to Steffy jumping in the sack with Liam and keeping it secret?

Brooke can have secret meetings with Bill, Nick, Eric or Deacon if she wants. As long as she doesn't BED one of those guys while she is with Ridge, Steffy can't talk. That ONS with Liam last year wasn't a friendly isolated kiss, it was a full night of passion she intended to take to her grave. Then she made sure to let Liam know he was ger greatest gift, whether she was with him or Finn. Brooke has certainly never gone behind Ridge's back telling another man he is the great love of her life. The only time she called another man the love of her life was Bill, and Ridge was happily married to Caroline.
