According to Steffy, Brooke doesn't love Ridge (Never did)

How do you analyse this way of thinking?

How about the the fact that Steffy keeps bringing up Brooke's history with Eric and Ridge, from 32 years ago. She keeps throwing the Deacon scandal in her face (20 years ago) even if it had nothing to do with Ridge.
Yet no one else is allowed to bring up more recent scandals. The one with Bill was 5 years ago. The 2nd paternity test was last year. The only time Hope tried to tell Steffy she isn't a saint, Steffy brushed it off and immediately changed the topic. She didn't want to hear it. Her 2 paternity test are ancient history, so no one has a right to bring them up. But 1990 isn't ancient history. Brooke's history with men before her birth is more significant, according to her.

But let's get back to the main topic. Brooke never loved Ridge, per Steffy Forrester. When she found out Deacon kissed Brooke and she didn't tell Ridge immediately, this was her first conclusion. She and Thomas discussed the New Year's Eve events and this was her first thought.

From an episode in early February:

Steffy (to Brooke's video): You destroy everything.
Thomas: Douglas and kelly are still watching the movie.
Steffy: Brooke doesn’t love dad. She never did, she doesn’t know how. All she knows how to do is just crave and destroy. And for what this time? Because dad couldn’t make it home on new year’s eve?

Last week, she added more. She said Brooke doesn't deserve Ridge after what she did with Deacon. She talked about how unhappy she makes Ridge.

What does this say about her true feelings for Finn, her supposed soulmate? Does this mean she doesn't love him and never did? If it's true for Brooke and Ridge, it's about 3 times truer for Steffy and Finn.
- Both Brooke and Steffy were drunk, but only 1 chose to drink and 1 was sabotaged by Sheila
- Brooke kissed Deacon once, then passed out. Steffy had sex with Liam on her couch, in front of his portrait, and she was not passed out.
- Brooke was disgusted and horrified when she opened her eyes. She was overwhelmed with guilt. Steffy was not remorseful when she saw Liam half-naked on her couch. She stated that night was unforgettable, said she didn't regret it and would cherish it forever.
- Brooke intended to tell Ridge a few days later (but Taylor beat her to it). Steffy intended to take this night to her grave. She only confessed because Liam chose to confess first, she left her no choice.
- Brooke never thought about leaving Ridge for Deacon. Never crossed her mind. At the very least, Steffy contemplated leaving Finn for Liam. Before the ONS, she acknowledged she wished they never broke up. And didn't look happy when Liam informed her he wanted to stay with his wife.

In February, Steffy specifically said Brooke never loved Ridge. Conclusion?
1) Dave Reed is Brooke's soulmate. He is the only man Brooke dated before she met Ridge, and she never loved Ridge. It means her her soulmate is Dave.
2) Rick is Steffy's soulmate. She (emotionally) cheated on Marcus with Rick, (kiss) cheated on Wyatt with Liam, (sex) cheated on Liam with Bill and (sex) cheated on Liam with Finn. But she didn't kiss another man when she was engaged to Rick. Her soulmate is Rick. Then it's Marcus. Then Wyatt. Liam and Finn come last on her list, by her own logic.
