But he did not tell Taylor what he told Brooke...I will have yet to hear him tell her that Brooke is "it" for him and that he only wants Brooke...he does not tell Taylor these things but he gives her ambiguous messages like how he is so happy in her presence...Taylor is not really smart and she hears what she wants to hear but Ridge is also responsible for this. JMO...

You're right, he does need to be more direct with the idiot. For a WRP her top storey sure is empty. Any other woman worth her salt would see red flags whenever a man constantly refers to another woman as his wife, makes zero mention of leaving her, defends her until he gets exhausted of constantly being hounded by the two shrews, and so far has made no mention of divorce. But as I said a few days ago, Taylor probably needs a billboard with it written in six languages for her to get the message.

Yes he is to blame for acting inappropriately with her. But if she had more self respect she would put a stop to it the way she stopped him from hugging her the day he told her he's staying with Brooke. He made no move to force a hug but respected her wishes and immediately backed off. I see him as being comfortable with his ex wife and she's not putting a stop to it, so he probably thinks she's ok with it. The one time he was inappropriate, and knew he was inappropriate, he told Brooke about it. He can say flowery things like she makes him happy etc until the cows come home. But as long as he hasn't told her he loves and wants to be with her, they mean nothing.
