Joint Custody (50/50) isn't enough for Thomas

I think Liam should go after 50 percent physical custody of Kelly. Liam IS her father not Finn. I don't know why he allowed Steffy to take Kelly to MC. She needed one stable parent while Steffy was grieving. Notice we haven't heard of Kelly spending any time with her father nor are we getting to see that on screen. Steffy gets to call the shots? Ridiculous It should be 50 50 with Kelly.

I would love to see that. The Forrester's heads would be spinning so fast that it would look like an Exorcist movie.

so just to get revenge for Hope, Kelly should be used and at the centre of a custody battle?

That would be disgusting and make Liam look mean bell won’t do that…besides how many can you stuff in a cabin

Pretty sure that isnt the smallest house in America. Many live in apartments that are small. How many can one stuff in an apartment? Youre right, it does make Thomas look bad. Liam is the father. Not Finn

How exactly would Liam going after Kelly for revenge make Thomas look bad? It would only make Lope look more pitiful than they are now.

Tomas looks bad now. Hope has been taking care of Douglas for years. She is his mother. He cant just walk in and dictate every move everyone makes. Kelly should be with her BIO dad, not step dad, correct? What is the criteria? Just being a Forrester/Marone?

Thomas does not look bad at all. Hope cannot just dictate that Douglas will stay with her. This isn't like squatter's right for a piece of property. Just because he has been with her for a few years doesn't mean that he gets to live with her until he is 18.
Liam appears to be happy with the way things are with Kelly. He could have been a full-time dad to her but married the one he knocked up on the cabin floor. For the last time I will say the two situations are very different.

Why cant they share custody? Why does one have to dictate over the other?

Hope doesn't even want to consider anything but Douglas living with her. She wants to be in charge.

Isn't that what Thomas is doing? He is telling Hope he wants Douglas to live with him. He hasn't proposed anything else.

Thomas is proposing a change in the way things have been. Hope wants things to stay as is.

And? Why does he get to decide? Shouldn't it be a joint decision? And if they can't agree to terms then it would have to go to court.

Well, why does Hope get to decide? lol

Neither one should get to make a unilateral decision. But it's Thomas that is trying to. He's the one that is trying to change the arrangement.

Liam to Hope. Debate over.
