When Did Brooke Become an Invertebrate

Seriously. I don't like Brooke. I've made no secret of that. I've said she can't control her libido and has no boundaries but I've never said she was stupid, until now. She made the concession in her reunion with Ridge. She banned Deacon from the entire property thus making significantly more difficult for her daughter to have a relationship with her father. She's asked nothing from Ridge in return. Not only has she not asked him to limit his contact with Taylor but she's actively encouraging him to have contact with her. She sat there today and let him go on and on about his "concern" for Taylor and even agreed with him. Even if she wasn't sincere she was still willing to make Ridge believe she is. What happened to her backbone? Is she that desperate to keep Ridge that she will say and do whatever it takes and allow him to do and say whatever he wants as long as he's in her bed?

I don't think Brooke would bother to ask Ridge to not see Taylor. Why? Brooke is not concerned about Taylor, she knows that Ridge wants a life with her, not Taylor. He has only wanted a life with Brooke and not Taylor, since Taylor clawed her way out of the grave back when RJ was a baby. She came back, staked her claim, made her demands, let her pitbull Stephanie do her "work" then Taylor swooped in for the kill on Ridge. And, it worked. Ridge crawled back to the whiny wimp that told him a 1 year old did not need their daddy like a bunch of grown teens did. Then he found his out, and he actually looked relieved when he was running out that door as she was clawing at his legs and begging him not to leave. LOL.
