Yes, if Taylor can't see the truth about Thomas, it goes some way to explaining how she missed the truth about Sheila. What Thomas did to Hope, Emma, Douglas, and Steffy in that whole storyline about Beth was truly disgusting. He allowed Steffy to continue to get attached to Beth, knowing full well that Hope and Liam would want their daughter back if they knew the truth. And he didn't help Steffy prepare for, and grieve, the loss of Beth once the truth did come out. He tormented Douglas to the point that the child became terrified of him, all so he could use him to trap Hope. That Ridge got away with arranging for Thomas' freedom after what he did to Emma is an atrocity. And the fact Thomas eagerly preyed on Hope's grief about Beth while professing his "love" for her was downright sickening.
