You're right, Thomas did openly suspect Sheila at the hospital. But I think GracieGirl is referring to the prior times Thomas and Sheila talked, though I may be wrong. Taylor and Ridge are still in the dark about Thomas meeting with Sheila and having phone calls with her, about keeping the label switch a secret. Though I'm not sure what difference it would make for them, since they are committed to cleaning up after their son no matter how foul he acts. I, too, want all of the facts to come out. Steffy and Thomas were so determined to expose Brooke for what happened with Deacon, so much so that Taylor felt the need to confront Brooke about it once she was caught up to speed. But Ridge and Taylor are now circling the wagons to keep Brooke and anyone else from learning that Thomas has yet again acted without integrity. Incidents like this are proof that Brooke is justified in being suspicious of Thomas. His "morality" is completely selective and dependent entirely upon whether or not he gets something out of a situation.
