Has Sheila changed?

If today is any indication, it appears Sheila’s redemption is definitely in the works. I like KB a lot, she is a great actress and if anyone can pull off the changed Sheila storyline it’s her! However, after the continued reluctance to see Thomas as redeemed, I have to wonder if it’s even possible for most viewers. Thoughts anyone? I’m truly curious!

Only time will tell, but I will give Bell points for not rushing this. Since cutting off her toe close to two years ago, she really hasn't done anything.
no scheming,
no scenes of her plotting to herself.
She saved Kelly and didn't even get a thank you.
When Finn demanded she stay away, she did.
Didn't seek revenge against Bill or Ridge.
She was going to walk out on Deacon to not ruin his relationship with Hope.

She has been minding her business, painting her toes and waiting tables. And then he did this. And irl an event like this really could change someone. Some folks will never accept it, and that's fine. Some will be okay with it in time, and some are already fans.

The thing with Thomas is a lot of fans were willing to accept his change but wouldn't take him with Hope because of his past obsession with her. If they put Sheila with Eric, I would want them to throw the whole thing away. I like Thomas, and I know lots of Thomas fans who were not on board with Thope because they were afraid he would be hurt & revert.

You’re right it’s been a slow process for Sheila which makes it more believable for sure. Thomas would probably be more acceptable for many away from Hope, although their physical chemistry is great.

I don’t want Hope with anyone else but Thomas. I love love Thope

I wonder if it might be more palatable for some now that we see Thomas could walk away. I know there are never Thopers, but I'm not sure if that is the majority or not.

I don’t believe it is the majority that dislike Thorpe. Several have said that Sheila is redeemed because the show says so. Well the show says Thomas has been redeemed and we saw nothing to say he hasn’t. For one that was obsessed over Hope, he did walk away so that is no longer true. Thomas, just like Hope, knows what he wants. I think when he comes back, and he will, Thope will be better but different. They both will appreciate each other.
I don’t blame Thomas for feeling the way he did. Nor do I blame Hope. She is right in the way she grew up, I like Brooke, but would not want to be like her. Too many men and marriages and she has become a cooshie for Ridge. Not the Brooke I use to love JMO

I don't think anyone can speak to what any majority want. Some like them, some don't.

Those are my thoughts.
