The "real" reason? What on earth is this that they're cooking up now? She's told anyone who will listen from her mother, to Steffy, to Liam that she loves (always present tense) Thomas. Whatever this "real" reason is it better make sense. It would be nice if it was something that could clearly be overcome. I won't pretend that I'm not concerned though.

The fact that she has a "real reason" proves the other excuses she gave were gaslighting crap.
