Can someone please explain Sugar to me? I don’t know who she is/was. Was she on Bold or just Y and R? Thanks.

Years back on YR, Sheila met Sugar. She tricked her, got Sugar plastic surgery to look like Sheila. Sugar was serving time in a mental prison as Sheila. I think Lauren finally figured it out.

Didn't Shelia also have plastic surgery to look like Phyllis? And if so, why does she look like Sheila now?

I forgot about that but Sheila did that too. I think, if I recall, didn’t Paul find and lock Sheila away somewhere? Later Sheila had reverse surgery. I had no idea you could even to that.

I don't think you can....I think by this time with all this PS stuff, Sheila would look really strange.
