Brooke just told Bridget that many oncologists have looked at Eric’s situation. So whatever he has I guess it’s in the writers have made it a cancer.

Sad, but I think it confirms Eric will die. No one can recover from a cancer if it's a terminal staging. I know so many people who died from cancer. Once the doctor says it's incurable, it's done. Nothing you can do about it. You can delay the moment, but you can't recover. The only way they can save Eric is if someone bribed the doctor. If the diagnosis was accurate, then I don't see how they can save Eric. Any miracle recovery will be straight-ué insulting towards real people who lost someone from cancer.

I get and sympathize with what you posted, but this show does not care who they insult. Ridge raped Brooke and they made it a “misunderstanding”….Stephane had Brooke raped and in the end Stephanie was revered and her victim was asking HER for forgiveness. Tom wanted Beth Spencer to be dead forever to her mother, and he abused her son, now he is banging their mother. All these things are insulting to real people who have been victims of rapists, child abusers and bullies. I just think they don’t care because they justify it with “it’s not real folks and if you don’t like it, turn the channel” JMO
