Focus on fashion?

Well I’m on Eric’s and RJs side because I’m tired of Thomas, Hope, Steffy, and Ridge. I absolutely hate ageism. There is no reason even if not well Eric should be told he shouldn’t create designs. He’s an artist.

I definitely would be on Eric's side....because Thope makes me want to puke....so I want anything that might ruin HFTF. LOL

I am anti hftf. We haven't had another new line since the intimate line. How long ago was that? I'm ready for something else. If they can move on from Quinn's jewelry, then they can move on from Hope for the future too.

They seem to be setting up for it because RJ said hope for the future seem to be taken center stage, as if there is no room for another line.

Quinn's jewelry line was much more interesting than Tom and his fairy princess dresses. We saw a lot of that jewelry line and it was very creative and diverse. We also saw Quinn and Ivy and Wyatt working on it, much more realistically than Tom and his Faber sketch pad, and #2 pencil. LOL

I was really disappointed when in one story line, Quinn's jewelry line was inseparable from the company, so she had to work off site because of her affair with carter. But then in the very next storyline, she leaves and disappears, and nobody cares about the line. Steffy even brushed it to the side in a meeting to mention how her parents were getting married. It was really weird. But they keep holding on to hftf as if it's the only thing going. I remember when this company had a lot of lines the couture line, The men's line, Brooks bedroom, and they had a ski line, and a crochet bikini line, a cruise wear line. What happened to all these lines?

I would like to see more fashion lines too....but at the very least if they are going to keep shoving HFTF down our throats, then have Tom draw something other than those stupid dresses that look like high end prom dresses. The stuff they have shown Thope working on the past months was not good.....and not sustainable fabric either...those beads and sequence are not sustainable. And the last 2 fashion previews we were shown looked really dumb. The first one Hope was wearing that ugly flapper dress showstopper....a costume for "Gatsby: The Musical".....and the stuff in Rome could have been called The Disney Princess Line for pre-teens.

I am liking that it seems like they are having the actresses dress and style themselves....are the stylists out on strike with the writers? LOL.
