Focus on fashion?

It feels like things are settling up for a return to a business power struggle. Steffy will be gone, Ridge and Eric are conflicted, RJ is aligning himself with his grandfather, Hope and Thomas seem to be on fire in the industry and bedroom! So, what if in Steffy’s absence there becomes a battle for control? Who will Brooke side with? We already know Katie and Carter disagree, is it over who controls FC? Who exactly has the most shares now ? Donna being with Eric could even put the Logan sisters at odds and who would Taylor back?? Could be fun to go down this road!

There would be no "control for power" as Tom only has 5% of the vote. Ridge has 20% and Eric has 37.5% so unless Steffy gives her proxy to someone else for her 37.5%...I cannot see any of the "power" changing. LOL. Maybe when Steffy leaves she gives Liam her proxy since he is Kelly's dad, and their child does have a stake in FC...and she no longer trusts Finn's judgement. If that happened it would be quite interesting. I cannot imagine Liam voting her stock in favor of anything Tom.

Another thing, we just had a scene of Steffy and Eric bonding, she is very grateful for all his support....so I can't even see her going against whatever he wants to do with HIS company.

Now, it would be fun if this shaping up to Steffy/Eric/RJ/Brooke/Katie vs. Tom/Ridge/Hope/Carter/Taylor in a business SL. With Bill, Liam and Wyatt controlling all the fashion media coverage. I have been saying....SP has a lot of power, they can make or break HFTF....and Hope has always known that SP would never trash her line, it was even mentioned the other day and she was worried and asked Liam if Bill would use her scandal in Rome and their separation in media. Liam said that Bill would not.....but that could all change quickly if this comes down to a FC war. Bill and Liam and Wyatt all love Steffy. Bill also loves Katie and Brooke. When it comes to the media side of a war and SP calling the shots....Liam would be HFTF only hope to come out OK in the media. Not to mention, RJ is an influencer with younger buyers.

I hope so. A lot of times, I think the writers forget the power of Spencer publications. I thought Spencer was going to come in and play a role when Katie was talking about the bad publicity from what hope and Thomas are doing, but hope and Thomas have been keeping it secret, so maybe Spencer does come into play when the secret is exposed.
