but couldn’t Steffy bring charges again. Obviously not murder but attempted or reckless endangerment, something to keep her behind bars for awhile. I don’t think double jeopardy would apply because she wasn’t found not guilty so couldn’t Steffy change her testimony? Again it would not help with the upcoming s/l but I’m curious.

I would think in the real world, the state would bring the charges on behalf of the people, not just because Steffy and Finn press them. But let's see what LadyMac says.
