Can’t buy that. This is imo an evolution of Hope. If not, the entire dialogue yesterday was for naught and a waste of airtime. The situation with liam is never going to change, he will always have the connection to steffy, so Hope will circle back to the same situation she just declared freedom from?

Liam will always have a co-parenting connection with Steffy. That doesn't have to be done on Steffy's couch with the two of them alone after Kelly goes to bed and Finn is at work. And Liam shouldn't talk about his marriage with Steffy. Hope can stop working on HFTF with Thomas. There are things that BOTH of them can do to break the cycle.
