She acts like she did the first time she admitted to Brooke that she hat feelings for Thomas. She trashed him until she saw that he was hearing. And she told Thomas that she didn’t mean anything she told her mother

I disagree. This time, she’s honest. She admitted her wrongdoing that it was all her, not Thomas.

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.
