When is Hope Accountable?

So some fans seems to think Hope is accountable already for fantasizing, while others are praying for Thope to happen, blaming Liam for being a nag. Today Wyatt brought up Brooke again suggesting to me , that if Hope does act on her desires, somehow it will be Brooke’s fault. Others see Thomas as the master manipulator setting Hope up for a huge fall. So my question is when will it actually just be about Hope being responsible for her actions IF she acts on her desires ? Just curious what fans of Hope or B&B think?

I think some believe both should over look cheating and Hope still a child …I think some don’t like this sexy vamp Hope their choice but it’s a soap bring on thope they sizzel…Liam’s a sissy lazy slug
