Didn’t Bill give shares to Brooke for marrying him?

He wanted to give them to Brooke after their wedding in 2016 and was even ok with Brooke giving them to Ridge. But Ridge stopped that wedding and so Bill kept his shares. When Brooke eventually got married to Bill the following year, this deal was never brought up again.

And he gave the shares to Steffy after they had sex and Liam left her because of it. He was giving them to her when they married, but she called it off, and he gave them to her anyway out of guilt.
