Steffy got Bill's 12.5 % just to be technical. That said none of the other heirs got any because Steffy tricked Bill into selling her back the company in 2010 and split it up between her parents and grandparents. When she died Stephanie left hers to Eric.

Steffy didn't buy the company and "split it up between" these people. No, Bill agreed to sell it, and Stephanie, Eric, Taylor, and Ridge formed a pact, buying it for 50 million each. and I BELIEVE Brooke was instrumental in getting Ridge's money. But anyone correct me if I'm wrong about that.

Brooke gave Ridge 25 Million to add to his 25 million. That is why she was angry that she was not a share holder. . She was worried about her kids, and when Ridge gave 5% of his 25% to Tom to make up for Taylor's dissing Tom, he then told Brooke the other 20% would go to RJ, since Eric was splitting his 37.5% between, Thorne, Kristin, Felicia, Rick and Bridget. They never brought up her giving him money again. I believe Steffy is suppose to give Tom 12.5% of her shares when she deems he is fit enough to have them.....how nice for Tom that he has to be beholden to his little control freak sister for the shares his mother should have given him outright. But, Taylor has never really cared about Tom, like she does about Steffy. Each of Eric's biological children will get 7.5% of FC when Eric dies. RJ will get 20% from his biological father. Tom will supposedly eventually have 17.5% of the stock. And Steffy will have 25%. That way if RJ sides with the biological Forresters, they will control FC. Anyway, this was the layout years ago....who knows what it is now.

I did not know Ridge said that.
Steffy got the shares from Bill by blackmail.
She gave them to her parents and grandparents.
Taylor gave Steffy her shares.
Eric had 25% gave half his shares to Donna - divorce - who sold them to Bill. Eric then got Stephanie’s 25% at her death along with the power to pick the CEO.
Didn’t Bill give shares to Brooke for marrying him?
Didn’t he give shares to Steffy when she was going to marry him?
Crazy!
Either way - the breakdown is right - I just wanted the crazy back and forth shown!
